Sessions and cancelation policies:

The sessions take 50 minutes and clients must inform of their cancelation at least 24 hours in advance. Any omission to cancel a session or cancelation for less than 24 hours would result of a charge of half of the fees.

Phone consultations:

For the sessions over the phone, it is the responsibility of the client to call the indicated phone number and shall be responsible for all subsequent phone charges by his or her phone company.

Videoconferencing and instant messaging consultations:

• If you have access to a computer, a microphone and an Internet connection in a setting that protect your privacy. You may choose to have a consultation via Internet using any of the following services (Skype, Google Talk).

• If you have a web-cam, you may choose videoconferencing with the therapist (you can see the therapist and be seen by him as in an Office setting).
